I keep the 2016 chronology & squiggle maps up-to-date, but no longer bother with my travel blog.

In 1999 I bought this 8-meters-long boat, hired a guide, added the leaf & metal roof, and went down the Amazon River, from Iquitos, Peru to Parintins, Brazil for 22 days. I named it the OSB Shackleton, after the explorer.

In 2001 I had long red hair. (It's not a wig.)
